This is one of my most favorite pictures of my mom. It's amazing to me that 17 years have gone by since my mom passed away. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of her.
i'm sorry but i know that you're at peace and i'm sure that you think about her a million times a day. i still remember that day so well and i would agree...i can't believe that it's been 17 yrs....
I too still remember that day! What an amazing lady she was, and what amazing and beautiful daughters she has to be so proud of... I remember having a sleep over at your house and in the middle of the night i got scared and wanted to go home, she came down stairs to comfort me, she was so kind and loving- in the end she called my mom to come and get me-lol. I also remember how concerned she was about you girls being safe in a storm, not wanting you to travel across the flats to Cedar Fort, so she and my mom worked it out so our house was the safe refuge until the storm passed and she could come in... wow, where does the time go-
Ashlee, I think of her alot too. I remember mom made you play with us, there are so many things that I remember so many things about her I know I WAS ONLY 11 but you are amazing mother and you are great and I love you with all my heart, mom would be very proud of you and never vever up you will have more kids and you are great. Well I got to go but I will talk to you later.
What a sweet woman your mom was. She always opened your home to all of us crazy girls. She was a great woman and I think that it is great that you have this beautiful picture of her to help remind you of her. I am sure there isn't a day that goes by that you don't think about her. You have so many of the same qualitites she would be proud of you, in fact she is proud of you! love ya ash:)
I'm a 33-year-old mother of a little boy through domestic adoption. We have struggled with infertility since we were married, 11 years ago. We adopted our little miracle after 16 other failed adoptions. 16, that's right! After a recent experience with a birth mother "scam" we decided to pursue embryo adoption, an experience that we hope will lead us to more little miracles in our home.
